What We Cannot Help With

  • Write you a letter. Only a clinician licensed in your state can do that.
  • Give legal advice on your dispute. We can point you at the statute and the agency; we cannot advise you.
  • Register your animal. There is nowhere to register one. That is rather the point of the site.
  • Investigate a company. That is work for your state attorney general or the FTC.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you tell me if a specific website is legitimate?

We do not review individual companies. The six questions on our scams page are designed so you can assess any of them in about five minutes.

My landlord denied my request. Can you intervene?

No, but your state fair housing agency can, and the process is free. Start with what to do when a request is denied.

Do you keep my email?

Only as long as needed to handle your message. See the privacy policy.

Skip the Registry. Get a Real ESA Letter.

A clinician licensed in your state, a letter that meets the requirements, and a written request to your housing provider. That is the whole route.
